Our Engineers and experts scrutinize each process carefully in order to ensure outstanding quality and on-schedule delivery of products. We have our in-house testing lab to test the Galvanization, Mechanical and Chemical Properties of Guard rails. Our intention is to meet the mandatory requirements of respective authorities i.e. National Highway Authority of India, State Transportation Departments & Ministries etc. in our Metal Beam Crash Barriers.

- Procurement of supplies and raw-materials especially HR Coils inspection
- Decoiling
- Straightening of metallic sheets
- Shearing of components as per required estimations
- Adding W-Beam, Posts & Spacers
- Punching
- Roll Forming
- Checking the dimensions appropriately
- Galvanization
- Final Checking
- End result is dispatched to the project site
